HOW TO GET RICH – PART 1
Are you looking for ways on how to get rich? If yes, then this post will surely help you. There’s a lot of content out there about productivity, helpful tips and advises on how to get you rich and successful in life. But remember…
You don’t have to be an expert about personal finance to get rich.
You don’t have to come from a wealthy family, and you don’t even have to earn a huge amount of paycheck.
As for me, if you are contented with the blessings that you have, you recognize your purpose and you live a peaceful life, then, you are already rich.
But, what if you are not contented? what if you cannot recognize your purpose? and you always feel empty?
What you should do then?
If you want to live an abundant life, you have to understand yourself first. Personal development includes activities that improve awareness and identity, increase talents and potential, build human capital and assist employability, improve the quality of life and have a say to the realization of dreams and aspirations.
Educate yourself with positive people; it would help you live a worthy and abundant life.
Aside from my personal experiences in life, most of my knowledge on personal development came from reading and listening to these great inspiring people and surrounding myself with positive mentors.
As of today, these are four of my favorites:
- Bo Sanchez of bosanchez.ph
Bo Sanchez is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, preacher and lay minister in the Philippines. He is known as the “Preacher in Blue Jeans”. He believes that, “When you’re aware that you are weak, when you are aware that you are a human being, you cry out to God more. And you have the humility—and humility is an openness to grace. When you’re not aware that you need God, when you think that you’ve got everything in place and everything is in order, then your heart is closed to the mercy of God.
His blogs changed thousand of lives including me, through his blogs he writes to his readers how they can live a practical life. Practical in the sense you have at least enough resources for your needs and have more than enough to provide more for your family and help those who are in need.
Bo’s articles greatly influenced my thoughts and encouraged me to become the better version of me. His free Ebook, “How to Know If Your Dreams are God’s Dreams” help me recognize my real dreams in life.
- Michael Hyatt of michaelhyatt.com
Michael Hyatt is the author of Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World which is also a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller. His personal blog is full of insightful and actionable posts on intentional leadership, productivity, publishing and more.
Michael’s “This Is Your Life” weekly podcast goal is to help you live with more passion, work with greater focus, and lead with extraordinary influence. He gives actionable steps in a simple to follow format, great podcast for people who intentionally seeking to improve their life.
One of my favorite episode in his podcasts is His Change Your Story, Change Your Life where they discuss how you can change your life by changing your story.
- Jaime of eventualmillionaire.com
Jamie determined that living an enjoyable life was worth far more than a million dollars. Her goal in life is not just a million dollars, she wanted to find work she loved and the life she loved, and then makes her million. Her inspirational podcast will leave you with a sense of purpose moving forward.
- Lizzie Oren of lizzie-oren.com
My encounter with Miss Lizzie is such a blessing. She’s smart, experienced and despite her busy schedule, she’s always available to give me advises that will help me grow as a writer.
Favorite advice from her: Don’t mind other people. Don’t mind the society. Don’t mind the comments of your friends. Friends and family can kill your dreams sometimes although they don’t mean it, their opinions may demotivate you but you have to hold on to your dreams.
