Pamper your skin with naturally local Casa de Lorenzo Castile Soap

A lot of soaps that we buy today has toxic chemicals which are very harmful for our skin. Thanks to the makers of natural liquid soaps and essential oils – Casa de Lorenzo Oils, Aromatics and Soaps provides premium Carrier Oils, Essential Oils, and Natural Liquid Soaps in the Philippines which you can order online at

Castile soap traces its roots to a region in Spain called ‘Castile’, hence the name ‘Castile Soap’. It is a kind of soap traditionally made from 100% pure olive oil, water, and lye. Some call this ‘vegetable soap’ as it does not include any trace of animal fat and has only vegetable-based ingredients such as coconut oil, olive oil, hemp oil and jojoba oil, along with water and essential oils.

I had to try Casa de Lorenzo for a couple of weeks at least, and I would like to talk about my favorite among them – the Lavender Moisturizing Castile Soap.

The soap is almost like Cetaphil for its mildness only made more natural and has a thinner consistency. These may not bubble much as it is the inherent property of soaps made purely of Olive Oil.

The mild cleansing properties of Lavender Moisturizing Castile Soap make it ideal for those who have allergies and sensitive skin and I think it is also recommended  for babies and people who have dry skin as it will leave the skin smooth and washes the skin well without chemicals.

Lavender Moisturizing Castile Soap is crafted from saponified Olive Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil and Palm Oil, then mixed with Lavender Essential Oil. Made by hand here in the Philippines.

The ingredients not only moisturize skin, its natural fragrance of lavender also provides a calming and soothing aromatherapy experience good for those who suffers from insomnia, anxiety, depression, and stress. The scent tends to linger on the bathroom walls though, which I actually love. Overall, I have loved this soap and I suggest that you should give it a try as they are free of chemicals and really good for the skin plus it is proudly made in our very own country, the Philippines.

You can order them through sold Php350  each for 250 ml bottle.
